  • The building is open from 8am till 7pm during the week with the exception of Tuesdays when we close at 9pm.

  • Reception is staffed by our wonderful volunteer receptionists 5 days a week from 9am to 4.30 pm, providing warm and discreet welcome.

Our policy has always been, and will continue to be, to keep charges low to maintain the affordability of the space for the third sector. We aim to ensure price stability as far as we are able to but we review service charges annually and, at the discretion of the Trustees, may increase by inflation to cover operational changes. We believe this approach allows resident organisations to budget for reliable changes without and sudden unexpected increases.

Meeting and Conference room conveniently on-site with preferential room hire costs for resident organisations.

The income generated from our meeting room, conference room and counselling room facilities supports our ability to keep service charges and fees low and stable for the Third sector. 

 

Unfortunately, we have no office space available at present, we do however have small rooms available to hire on an hourly or daily basis, if you feel this fits in with your organisation, please contact us.
