Room charges are priced at £15.20 per square foot.
The building is open and reception staffed 5 days a week from 9am to 4.30 pm.
Service charges and room hire fees cover our operational costs and allows the accrual of a modest surplus for repairs and maintenance. This business model has worked well for 33 years with grants only sought for significant infrastructure investment.
Our policy has always been, and will continue to be, to keep charges low to maintain the affordability of the space for the third sector. Service charges for resident organisations have remained the same since 2018/19, except for an electric surcharge imposed in April 2023 due to our energy tariff increasing by 300%. We ensure price stability as far as we are able to.
The income generated from our meeting room, conference room and counselling room facilities supports our ability to keep service charges and fees low and stable for the Third sector.
Unfortunately, we have no office space available, we do however how small rooms available to hire on a ad-hoc basis, if you feel this fits in with your organisation, please contact us.
