Free, confidential and independent of the NHS.
Support with NHS complaint, provide a Self-Help pack, help with writing letters, prepare and assist with complaints meetings, help with exploring options, answer questions and provide information about other organisations.
Opening hours: Carlisle office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 9am to 5pm Tuesday - 9am to 7pm Kendal office: Wednesdays - 10am to 2pm
